Steuerungsschränke zu den Widerstandschweißmaschinen
Steuerungsschränke zu den Widerstandschweißmaschinen wurde entwickelt für das Steuern des Widerstandschweißens für Schweißzangen mit eingebautem Transformator.
Der Hauptschalter der Einrichtung dient zugleich als Schutzschalter gegen Kurzschluß. Zur Ergänzung und Verbesserung des Schutzes gegen Unfälle durch elektrischem Strom ist ein Stromschutzschalter eingebaut. Die Ausrichtungs nennstrom differenz ist 30 mA.
Die Unifizierung der Funktionsknoten dieser Produkte ermöglicht nach Erfordernissen des Kunden die Steuerungsschränke auch für andere Widerstandschweißprozesse, besonders bei Einzweckmaschinen anzupassen.
Die verschiedenen Modifikationen der Steuerschränke unterscheiden sich besonders in der Leistung, die sie steuern sollen, und in der Breite der Ausstattung mit pneumatischen Elementen. Dadurch kann Ein-, Zwei-, oder Vierdrucksystem realisiert werden, und im Fall der Nutzung eines Proportionalventils auch ein System mit beliebig verstellbaren Druck.
