Control boxes for resistance welding machines

 Control boxes for resistance welding machines was developed to control welding guns with a built-in transformer. Its main switch is also used as a circuit breaker for short circuit events.

 From the point of complementing and improving the protection against injuries from electric current this device is equipped with a current guard. Specified release differential current is 30 mA.

 The unification of functional points of these products, however, makes it possible to adapt the box to control other resistance welding processes, mainly with single-purpose machines.

 Individual modifications of control boxes differ in output to be controlled as well as in the extent of equipment with pneumatic elements. This way the single-pressure, double-pressure or quadruple-pressure system can be realized or in case of the use of proportional valve the system of freely adjustable pressure is also available.
